Please note that I will be dropping all insurances by the end of this year (2026) and will not be accepting clients who are preferring to work with insurance after the date of April 15, 2026.

Self Pay: $145/intake, $130/subsequent

Out of Network (OON): if I am not paneled with your insurance and you prefer to use your OON benefits, I am able to create a super bill for you to submit.

HSA is accepted.
