Focus & Specialties

Anxiety and Depression Disorders

Supporting the mind and body in challenging anxious thoughts and depressed moods is something I find interesting regardless of if it's panic disorders, generalized anxiety, OCD, major depressive disorder, etc.

Body Image & Disordered Eating

Growing up in the dance world gives one a personal experience of learning to balance the aesthetic with the person. Within therapy, I greatly focus on the many facets that make us up as a person.

Military & First Responders

As a native of Dayton, I've grown up in the backyard of Wright Patt AFB and am a military spouse myself, so I recognize the intricacies  that come up for military personnel, veterans, and their families. I also work closely with Ohio eTMS.

Please see the “pricing” tab for more about flexible rates for military, first responders, and healthcare workers.

Cognitive Behavioral Technique (CBT)

Our thoughts and actions greatly impact one another and by identifying what our internal thought processes are compared to what actions we are wanting to take can assist in identifying potential changes.

Integrated Approach

I employ an integrative approach with a large focus on "the wellness wheel." In supporting a wholistic lens, I like to use a variety of techniques to explore what supports our thought process and actions, how our body and brain might be responding, and what systems around us are helping or hindering the stated goals.
